ACCESS CONTROL
Offers the replacement of security guard personnel by allowing access to buildings or complexes through remote operational support. This solution can be used for building access control or site access control when guards would typically be deployed in a “guard house.”
Card Access
With need increasing daily to have the ability to lock down a building at a moment’s notice, Argus365 can design and install any size card access system that you may require. From a single door with a stand-alone electronic lock to a multi-building system with hundreds of controlled doors and thousands of credential holders, Argus365 can fulfill your access control needs.
In addition to designing, installing and servicing your access control system, we can also handle the daily administration. From our office, we can add or delete users, lock or unlock doors and adjust time schedules and security levels as you desire.
These systems can use access cards, keyfobs or biometrics, such as fingerprint readers or retinal eye scanners to allow or deny access through any controlled door or entryway. Facial recognition systems are also now available. These systems can unlock a door as the person approaches the controlled door as long as their picture is in the active database and matches the saved photo.
Intercom
If your needs are simply from room to room, or more complex, such as a multi-tenant high rise building, Argus365 can specify, install and service your intercom or telephone entry system. These systems can be audio only, audio and video and can also unlock doors or open gates as long as the visitor is expected and the tenant wants to grant the visitor access to the premises.
Gate Arms and Traffic Control
Argus365 is a DoorKing certified installer for any of your traffic control needs. Whether in a gated community or to allow access to a parking lot or garage, we will design and install your gate arms, chain drive slide gate openers or hinged swing gate operators.
After the installation we are available to maintain and service the opener according to the manufacturers recommended maintenance schedule to keep your system in perfect working order and to assure that all safety devices are working properly.
Service
Service and maintenance agreements are also available for access control systems, telephone entry systems and gate arms. These contracts are available to cover all parts and labor during normal business hours, a premium plan that will have your system serviced 24 hours a day, 365 days a year is also available. Service contracts do not cover vandalism, misuse or acts of God.
REMOTE GUARDING
Offers perimeter protection and utilizes sophisticated video analytics that send alerts of vehicular or human movement to the central station. Alerts can be addressed through 2-way communications, deployment of onsite security, or deployment of law enforcement.

Using state of the art hard-wired or wireless contacts on perimeter doors and windows and the correct interior motion sensor for your environment you can trust that our system will detect an intruder as quickly as possible. Not only will the authorities be alerted immediately, alarm systems can be completely interactive. You can have the system contact you via a text message or an e-mail. Not only can you be alerted immediately but you can control your system remotely as well. If you need to disarm the system or bypass zones remotely you can now do it on your smart device. Your intrusion system can now also send you images when an alarm occurs and you can look into your system at any time to view your home or business and check to make sure the kids are home or see if your employees are working.
Monitoring
Our state of the art central monitoring station will be there 24 hours a day 365 days a year to respond to any alarm signal your system sends. Authorities will be summoned to assist no matter what the need and you will be contacted as well. At the time of installation you will need to supply us with an emergency call list. The names and numbers on the call list will be called in the order you provide until someone is reached to notify them of an event at your premise or business.
Service
Argus365 has approximately 25 service and installation vehicles on the road every day and also offers 24 hour service if your problem can’t wait until the next working day. Our technicians are all highly trained and competent on all the systems we install.

Remote Access

Simply open an application on your Smartphone, iPad, tablet or internet enabled computer and you will be able to view your site live or if need be, view recorded video. Service
Although most video systems will run without any intervention, periodic maintenance is recommended. Cleaning the lenses or the front of the housings will keep a nice crisp view. DOORMAN SERVICE
is a residential solution for multifamily dwellings to manage all types of deliveries, maintenance crews, and other building services. This product takes advantage of the exponential increase in daytime deliveries from UPS, FEDEX, Amazon, etc., and offers command and control of how these delivers are managed at the building level.
The Problem
Thousands of tenants living today in residential apartment buildings are experiencing the inconvenience of a missed home delivery and the painful realization that a trip to the shipping company’s storage depot (UPS, FEDEX, USPS etc.) is the only course of action. The majority of tenants are not home during the day. When the delivery courier makes an attempt to deliver a package, there is no one to open the building’s front door and accept the package. This condition creates multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts by the courier. The package ends up at the shipping company’s depot. In this day and age it is so easy to buy online but the last mile of the delivery chain remains broken.
The Solution
The Doorman Service solution is a cost effective “Turn-key” solution for residential and commercial buildings that do not have a doorman on premises to open the front door and accept deliveries. Our service is implemented via the use of video and audio over the internet and a connection to the Central Station. An Intercom with a built-in Camera is installed at the front door and an Argus365 agent responds when the call button is pressed by delivery personnel. After identification the agent opens the door remotely and allows the delivery person to enter the building and deposit the packages at the designated drop area. The agent sends e-mail or text message notifications to tenants that a package has been received.
